Richard is a really top guy with a passion for bikes and his customer service is excellent. From our initial conversation, he collected the bike within two days and completed a full service whilst installing new aero wheels and tyres. He even took the time to centre the valve with the centre of the logo on the tyre. He dropped the bike back same day and it looked and rode amazingly. He also took the time to give me some of his personal guidence on training and assisted with any questions that I had. I would highly recommend! Thanks!

Richard provides an outstanding service. His communication throughout (from initial enquiry to returning the bike) was brilliant. He came and picked up my Specialized S-Works Venge for a headset replacement at a time that suited me and returned it in just over 24hrs. He kept me updated on his progress during the day and after encountering a slight problem with some previous work undertaken on my bike, he went the extra mile to ensure that the bike was returned to me the following day.
