How can i pay?
We accept all major debit & credit cards & cash – payment on return of your bike

Will you tell me if my bike needs new parts?
Yes, we will always inform you & seek your approval before fitting any new parts, which are not included in the service – we will contact you via WhatsApp & provide photos where possible

What locations will you collect & return to?
Stourbridge, Halesowen, Wolverhampton, Birmingham – there may be an additional collection charge for certain areas, please call for clarification

What days do you collect & return?
We always indevour to fit around your requirements, please discuss your preferred day & time when booking your service / repair

Do you guarantee your work & part’s?
All work conducted id guaranteed for 3 months, all parts supplied by Soul Bikes are guaranteed by the manufacturer’s warranty

Why do clean all bikes before service
We clean bikes for a number of reasons
1. Cleaning the bike ensures your bike is not scratched as may happen when dry wiping down your frame
2. Cleaning your bike before servicing, provide a hygienic work process

What type of bikes do you service?
All types of bikes, MTB, Road, Gravel, Track, BMX, Commuter bikes, childrens bikes

Do you service e-bikes?
Yes, however, due to the manufactures’s requirements, we cannot provide firmware updates or provide warranty work. We would always recommend you contact your place of purchase

Do you service front & rear shocks?
Yes, we service lower leg service for forks & air can service

Will you fit parts supplied by customers?
Yes, we understand you may have parts you require fitting, parts fitted will not be guaranteed, we will only provide warranty on the work conducted. We have trade accounts will all major suppliers, please call for pricing information

Are you insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance & have insurance for bike in our premisses.
